I'll start off:

What control level is your starting technique?

sorry, I got confused by bullets surviving a destructive +1 attack.. so bullets are +5? thats pretty redic damage

You have you look at what weapons is being using and who is using it, but yes I MWP can do UP TO +6 dmg if the right weapon is being used by the right person at the right time. ie: Natsuki's gunblade range dmg is +6 when she uses Artifact Activation.

Well, here are the one's I'm concerned about (since I use them lol)

» Enhanced Attributes (Passive)
Naturally unlocks a vampires inner strength, increases a vampire's attributes to Strong.
Effect: mode lasts for up to 3 posts per level

» Drain
Bites into an opponent and drinks directly from them, draining from their health and adding to your own vitality. The process creates a pleasurable feeling for the victim though it drains them.
Effect: drains 10% per level, restores half of drained HP to user

» Touch of Death
Draws blood to the surface of a victim's skin and slowly drains it as well as fluids from a target via skin to skin contact; the more skin contact the more effective the technique. With full skin to skin contact, a victim can be fully drained in a manner of minutes.
Effect: bind strength is Average, drains 10% per post per level

» Turn
Changes a human character into a Vaspire sharing your artifact's power with them by biting into the neck region of the character and injecting tainted saliva into their system and holding the bite until the turning process completes (takes 6 posts).
Effect: process time reduces -1 per level

» Regenerai
The ability to re-grow skin, bone, limbs and such over time. The more that has to be recovered, the longer the process takes. A gun wound can be covered in a manner of seconds while a lost limb may take several minutes to re-grow.
Effect: restores +5 HP per level

» Immortality (passive)
When a Vaspire should be dead, its body functions normally for a short period of time. After that time period, the Vaspire's body auto Retreats to self heal in an alternate dimension.
Effect: user remains living 1 turn per level after being killed then uses Retreat.

So would, say, Enhanced Attributes start with 9 turns or 3 turns, since they auto-start at Honed?

Remains living 3 turns

The notable thing is that these should probably be converted to the new rules of "invokes a mode" and the roll determines the length; as of now, they are not set like that.

Hmm, I have a question, what's the total population of Sai City (and for the past realm villages too)?

Most major cities have a population density of about 4,000 per square mile. Sai City is 50 x 50 mi, which seems to indicate 2500 square miles (about Los Angeles x5) which would give a rough estimate of about 10,000,000 residents. That would essentially be the 'worlds' population as well, give or take a few thousand from the forest areas.

The creepy thing about it is... the city doesn't even reach the sea! Which is odd seeing most large cities like this are on a cost line....

I think the corporation owns the entire coast or something.

If a character had personal, either from hiring them or from there path could they take the personal too the different realms if the character possessed the means to get to the other realms.

If someone's soul line or taint doesn't have an xformation does that mean they can use the techs in the soul line or taint anytime?

1) Yes.
2) All taints should have an Xformation. I believe the same is true for Soullines; is there one without an Xformation?

Akatoush soul line doesn't have an Xformation, although I suppose thats debatable. But its not actually listed as an Xformation

all taints r gonna have xformations but soullines are going to get transformations
that b/c xformations are permanent
you dun have to always have your soulline active

The quest gives the details for the stats of the creature, but I am wondering if you need to create a bio for the summoned creature and if it would come with any packages and the like.

The actual summoning has no listed drain, so I was wondering what that drain might be?

Third question is more curiosity but would these summoned animals count as mystic animals?

Fourth could you do the beast harmonizer quest with the summons as the pet?

Just a little bit confused on the wording here. Does this mean all spells Fierce or above AND area-effecting spells take 10 seconds to charge or just area-effecting spells Fierce or greater?

@ tsu - any destructive spell or fierce (and stronger) spells that have an area effect has the lag time associated w/it.

That lag time can also be accounted for with the syllables of incantation. Remember that certain strengths require certain counts, such as 10 for fierce and above. Instead of counting a lag, that focus time can be represented by the words spoken, right?

Does this mean that it is 5 TEXP for another level ,of 5 TEXP to unlock the ability yo train it again.

What's "style damage?"
I can't seem to find the definition and don't think I've crossed it prior to the changes.

if you're talkin bout what i think you are, that refers to if you're using a fighting or weapon style
w/e damage it would do @ default is gonna be the style damage

Is there a level of toughness where bullets aren't able to pierce the skin?

hmm... no one's ever asked that.
i think the way i wanna handle that is that if you're def matches the bullet (or blade) then it won't pierce
the concussive impact (from the bullet) or whap (from blade) would account for the minor damage

So at Ascended Strength and Defense, bullets would be unable to pierce my skin?

Quick question! Quests, like the ones you see in the content site (the regional quests to be specific), if it's in the case where your character interacts with something specified in the quest, does an NPC Mod have to RP what you're interacting with, or do you RP that yourself?

Additionally, I'm not sure if I overlooked this or something, but just to confirm, there is a minimum wordcount for those regional quests, right?

You can RP the NPCs yourself and though I haven't seen a minimum for the regional quest wordcounts, I would assume it would be 750.
