Could there be two ratings?

Danger Level : for the statistic
Hazard Rating : what the div 12 classifies us as.

hmm... maybe i need to rethink how i got it set up.
the division would probably go by like some type of prelim scan and then by how bad u eff up the city... i'd have to think about what all they would scan, since all demons have about the same attribute unless they're buffed...
that way THAT system will be very easy and based on attributes
it'll only be the tier system that'll be hard
i guess it'll just need tweakin since i added the new stuff
i'll try to look into that today

that would work. If you remember the old yu yu hakusho series, they had something like that set up in the Spirit World. The demons had a power rating, and class rating.
