| Question... if we're trying to clean things up, is it really necessary to wait 3 weeks per bio? If someone goes inactive for a month or two and suddenly comes back after being killed, then let them restart their bio. You can make a 4th section on the bio section to add Graveyard.
When the active character kills them, they would post:
1) Active's bio link 2) Deceased bio link 3) Deceased EXP 4) Deceased T-EXP 5) Number of packages 6) Number of techs
That way if they come back, they don't have to do much calculation to restart their character. Also, it would allow you to limit it to maybe the thread is posted then after a week, the thread is bumped and the active sends you an email to notify. After another 3 days I guess, kill them. That will truly accomplish the cleanup that you're going for and since there is no rule that says that you can't come back from being killed, it's fair for everyone.
Also... you should allow a member to post to "steal a kill" meaning that if I post to kill an inactive, Kyro (being the official Site Hater) could post to try and claim the kill from me. Instead of doing a roll-off, you put them in a thread together both trying to kill the inactive. We get more interaction between characters that might not necessarily meet each other on a normal basis and can create dynamics between different storylines and give people rivals and such.
Just a suggestion to make this process a lil quicker and more fun.
@Ash: If the target is possessed, you wouldn't be harming a human, but harming the spirit.

| @Kyro - My comment was no more OOC than the entire concept and was not off topic, so I dun see why this was moved. It seemed quite relevant to the thread that it was posted it. More proof of you being a HATER! | |

| Bump for Shin... curious about your thoughts as I'd like to begin the cleanup, but I'll probably forget over the course of 3 weeks per bio unless I put hits on like every bio right now. | |

| Ten days or even two weeks is more than enough time to come back if they really care to. | |

| *sigh* You're the Boss. In that case then, do you have to kill them or can you turn the characters into storyline NPCs? Like can I go thru the process and then when I get green light, can I hire them to work for me or capture them as a lab rat instead of killing them?
Also, maybe you should send the first email after bump one, that way they have a full two weeks to decide if they wish to return or not, since you want the time and understanding route.
