Friendly Training II (Closed, Surreal)

With our first attempt at a training session, I had ran myself completely dry of energy while trying to simply lay a hand on Lexi, which I hadn't been able to do. That alone had angered me some, however it was a bit different then what I was use to, the last time I tried to catch her she had gotten away from me just like this time, she was proving to be a very fun prey, I would have to work harder this time so I can get her in my grasp. After the session we had went back to the apartment for some rest and something to eat. When we were both ready we decided to head back down to the basement for another session of training. As I came to a stop on the last step I looked to Lexi and smiled faintly " This time I will work harder to get you my dear. " I said in a playful voice as I brought a hand up, offering it to her " If you hadn't used your ability to walk through walls I would have had you last time.. "

" I see.. So if it wasn't for that little trick, I would have had you... Though, I am grateful for that ability. " I said with a smile as I withdrew the offered hand since it seemed like she wasn't going to take it. " Shall we start like before, me changing first and then we can start playing. " as I finished my statement, the word 'playing' made my smile shift to a grin as I stepped off the final step and onto the basement floor, taking a few more steps into the basement before I came to a stop " You know, earlier when I jumped at you. Even if I did catch you, I wouldn't have been able to do anything. I used the rest of my energy with that last attack in an attempt to distract you so I could pounce on you, hehe. " Unlike last time when I came down fully dressed, this time I only wore my pants and boxers so it would be quicker to undress so we could get right to playing. Turning to face Lexi, I look to her, still grinning as I run a hand down to the rim of my pants and fiddle with the button on them, though waiting to see what Lexi wants before actually unbuttoning them.

I watched her as she turned around, holding off my attack until I knew she was ready, the snarling continued as I watched and listened to her. When she finally said she was ready I wasted no time springing into action. Reflecting on our last session, I decided to hold back on using any of my powers that would drain to my energy from me and using them to far away, opting to get in close to my prey so my attacks where sure to hit this time. I began to move, making my way towards Lexi, however this time I didn't jump right into a blind charge at her. As I advanced towards her my eyes slowly shifted over her form as if looking for spots to target for my attacks, now taking on the roll of a hunter as I looked upon my prey. After closing a little over half the distance between us, I changed up my tactics and began to move off to the side, circling around to the left, this only lasted for a few paces before I sprang into an attack, opening up with a quick swipe of my hand, sending forth weak a set of energy blades out in Lexi's direction.

After launching the attack I had held back and waited, watching to see if it would hit her, last time I tried she dodge the attack and flew over me to get to a safe distance away from me. This time my attack connected, not where I had intended for it to hit but it still did, hitting her in the back. Though I had held back a lot of the force behind the attack it still had an effect on her, causing her to fold over and reach for the wound. When her back was facing me I began to advance quickly on her, wishing to close the remaining distance between us before she had time to recover from the attack and get away. As I advanced towards her I thought on what to do and as I made up my mind, if she didn't get away I went to jump onto her back and pin her to the ground under me.

It seemed as if I had caught her off guard with my pounce and took her to the ground and pinned her there under my weight. As she began yelping and screaming I took them in savoring each and everyone as I looked down at the helpless prey as she lay under me, it seemed as if I was getting into this more then I had planed to. Now with her pinned under me I went for another attack, my killer instincts urging me to go for a killing blow. Ignoring the urge to bite down on her neck, I pressed my snout against her neck and nuzzled it some in an affectionate way. After nuzzling her neck a moment longer I pulled back from her neck and nipped at her shoulder, nipping at the flesh just enough to cause a light wound on her shoulder, resisting the urge to go straight for a solid bite and sink my teeth into her wide open shoulder " ..Can you go on? The next one is going to hurt. " I said before nuzzling at her shoulder more before raising up onto all fours so I wasn't pressing down onto her any more.

" Alright. " I said, glad that she was willing to continue though I hoped she would forgive me for anything that may happen to her during our training. With her answer I give a faint nod before I begin moving off of her. As I move off of her my gaze shifts to the wound on her back, though I had held back with the power of the attack, I wasn't sure if I had held back enough. Once off of her, I bring an arm up and wipe any blood that may have gotten on my snout from the nip to her shoulder off as I began to move back. Putting a few paces between us to give her room to get back to her feet so she could recover from the attack and get ready for another attack when seen it was clear to attack her again. It seemed a little bit she was taking the attacks and not fighting back. Coming to a stop, I settle into a crouched stance, still on all fours as I crouch low to the floor, my gaze fixed on Lexi as I wait to see what she was planing to do.

As I watched Lexi, I thought over what to do next as I waited for her to either launch an attack of her own or get ready for another attack to be launched at her. When it seemed she wasn't going to follow through with an attack of her own, I decided I would take the opening and strike with my own attack. " Shattered and broken energy's, rend thy flesh to pieces. " I uttered in a low tone of voice as I gazed over at Lexi. After uttering the chant energy began to gather in front of me, forming a semi translucent barrier between me and Lexi, however it wasn't like the energy barrier I used before. Once the sheet was finished forming it shattered into many jagged pieces and rushed towards Lexi in a wave of jagged magical shards. With the low verbal chant and holding back I hoped I had unleashed a rather weak attack, not wishing to cause massive damage to Lexi, but enough maybe give her a few cuts if the attack hit her. I held my ground after unleashing the attack, waiting to see what she planed to do before following through with any further actions.

Attack: Broken Glass, Low to Medium damage.

After launching the attack, I held my ground and watched, waiting for the attack to hit her and expecting it to as the last one she didn't dodge. However, this time she did dodge the attack. My attention was still on the spell I had cast at Lexi, before she moved, and the attack she launched caught me off guard, blind siding me. When the hit me, my focus was broken and I took a few steps to the side as pain surged through my body from the attack Lexi just hit me with. As I came to a stop, I sank down some and grabbed the side she had hit with the attack, I could already feel the familiar warmth and liquid feeling on my hand as the wound began to bleed, though I was tougher in this form, my defense was still weak unlike when transforming in the full moon. Turning my head to the side I look over to Lexi and growl lightly at her, it seems she decided to go on the offense and begin defending her self from my attacks " .. That was a good one Lexi. ". Now that she decided to go on the offense I would have to keep my guard and be ready for any further attacks from her.

Gazing over at her, my lips curved into a wolfish grin as I slowly raise up onto all two legs, standing up taller then I do when in my human form. Slowly I drew in a deep breath as I kept my gaze fixed on her, I held the air in my lungs for a moment before I decided to release it, however instead of simply exhaling, I unleashed a howling attack as I had done before, the same kind I had unleashed before, the howl carried with it a force that could knock her back and perhaps to the ground along with an added side effect of causing damage to her, though, as I had done before, I held back when unleashing the attack so if it did manage to hit her it wouldn't do much damage. I was not done however, with the first attack unleashed, I moved into the next attack and began the chant in hopes that the first would distract her long enough for me to get the second one off. " Fiendish beasts of nothing, come devour! " if nothing happened to interrupt me, my chant would finish and as before an amphibious blob would appear over my shoulder, however this time there were two of them, one on each shoulder. After there creation both would shoot out in Lexi's direction, granted she hadn't moved, and strike out at her, one going for her leg and another going for her chest, as before I would use a low chant and hold back with the strength of the attacks as not to hurt her badly.

Action: Activated Familiar.

It seemed my attack had the desired effect of distracting her while I launched my second attack at her. However, before I could lash out and attack her, she took to the air again and flew away, avoiding my familiar's attacks. Though I wanted to go on and strike at Lexi more I knew I wouldn't be able to use some of my ability's any further as my energy was almost gone. With a soft growl aimed in Lexi's direction, the two familiars I had summoned up begin to dissipate back into base energy again. Shifting into a slight crouch, I keep my gaze fixed on Lexi as she floats in the air, after a moment I lunge into the air towards Lexi in an attempt to grab her while she floated in the air. If she didn't dodge, and I was hoping she wouldn't, I planned to grab her and take her to the ground, though I had no intention of hurting her so I was planing on landing on my back after I had grabbed her.

Once in the air, I didn't have time to change the way I was going as Lexi moved out of the way just enough so I wouldn't hit her. Having missed her I fell to the ground with a thud. After landing, I began to climb back to my feet but quickly fell back down as I began to revert back to my human form. The changing slowly working through my body, changing it back to the human form, as my body changes the white fur falls away much as the human skin had one and disintegrates into nothing. When the transformation is fully reverted I slowly roll onto my back and look up at Lexi " Are you ok? Why don't you come down here... " the signs of the attack Lexi where visible in the form of bloody cuts in the area she had hit me with her cyclone attack.
