While I waited for the reps of each division to come into the meeting to prep for the Zenron meeting tomorrow, I take the time to go over the reports regarding my holdings. The first report is regarding the PsiCoven Information Center in East City. Looking over the reports, I compare charts first for the number of prospects before the commercial against the number of prospects and new factions that we represent after the completion of the food court. Apparently, when there is somewhere to eat on the grounds, prospects have no excuse to actually leave and thus no distraction to keep them from returning to progress further. I like at the profit reports from the lessees in the food court before the commercial and after and they have benefitted from my benefits gained from the commercial. Since one of our vendors is receiving shareholder flak from being associated with a private security firm, we will be letting them out of their contract with a light fee since I do feel that it’s an insult on the part of their shareholders, so I would like to shrink their dividends for the slight. Since the space is opening up, I also have letters of intent from three restaurant and fast food vendors requesting the space that have no qualms with that aspect of my business. Reviewing them, I notice that one is a similar type of food, so there would be very few tenant improvements that they would request. I have to look at the exiting company’s reports at the Info Center compared to their other locations as well as a comparison between their space and the other vendors in the food court.

I would not be deciding tonight, so I make some notes for myself and move on to the next report which comes from the Security Force Facility, which Crystal has been leasing out as an armament storage facility for licensed private security firms that have contracts to work with PsiCoven while we are waiting on renovations to continue on the facility. Though with my shift towards recombining the Security Force with the Strategic Operations Corps, this facility might take on an even different usage soon enough, but for now, the stable income is extremely beneficial to the company’s revenue stream.

Next on the list is the Den of Chaos where my little woylf pack lives together. I need to get with Riku to find out how that transition is coming along. The front of the warehouse is used for storage of goods that corporate clients want to keep protected, so I put it there next to that crazy bunch since anyone wanting to steal what is locked within would have to deal with them before they get could get away. The clients don’t know the specifics but have enough trust in me that when I tell them that their goods are secure that they truly are secure.
The last real estate report is for the PsiCoven Luxury Suites. Currently, this property provides the primary source of income while I work on the new deal. With all of the units occupied by employees of PsiCoven and their small families, I’m able to simply take their rent from their checks so that they never have to worry about having a roof over their head so long as they remain employed by me and productive. I have to take the time to review the expense report for the property and I find that utilizing the services of current clients for the different expense accounts greatly reduces the cost of maintain that building.

The security report showed that there is a miniscule chance of crime occurring in this neighborhood, but I still spent money to install a surveillance system there so that I am always informed and aware of what is going on since the Carmina incident.

The office phone rings and I answer it on my headset and it is the partner of the real estate specialist, “Mr. Prince, we have finished with the paperwork but we probably won’t have a definite close of escrow date for about a week and a half they said. How would you like us to proceed?” I bring the report for the Security Facility back up so that I can have a visual of what he’s talking about. I respond, “I don’t have to remind you of how important this deal is for the company, so do what you need to do to get this deal closed as soon as possible…” There is a knock at the door. The yellow light remains on until I finish up with the real estate specialist and hang up. With the real estate reports now handled, I let the reps inside and we begin our preparation meeting for tomorrow.
