Artistic side of the Motivational view fof the Business.

Dwem seemed a bit upset that the most recent opportunity to make a mark on the business world of the Publishing House by including a major score into the gaming world as well. As Dwem simply struggled in his attempted super power failure to budge himself awake then he finally moved his lazy but out of his bed, he looks at the whole situation in a new light and seems to only get further unhappily depressed. Taking the moment to get into motion across the room as Dwem stripped off his clothes and showered. Moving along Dwem was finally more self motivationally all cleaned up in no time at all. Looking around as he saw his servants cleaning up his room in a quick and a quiet of a bit as of a hasty hurry. Then Dwem saw a man bring in more furnishings and as it included a few all so sweet looking, desk and chairs with vibrate mode and all of that jaz.

Dwem was instructed to take a seat as a few people showed up being escorted by his Agent and the whole staff of Editors with Raith Publishing’s as well. Taking a moment to get a rough idea as of what was going on Dwem saw art lay outs and Cover form for the cover art for his books as including a nice fancy second run of his first two books he had written last year.

Taking a seat as the servants brought in a freshly cooked breakfast to the joy of Dwems Agent Ms. Gotahomiesia. The Editors Chief Editor Sanzo Heritockie, Assistant Chief Editor Mr. Goshiato and a new Junior Editor Dwem dint know which gave him a bit of some concerned even as he saw the big man himself here. Though after a few moments they saw his concerned clearly on his face after they all got settled in and everyone was served some freshly cooked breakfast.

As soon as they could, they started eating and chatting over a few things. As each of the art team in charge of research for each area like the cover and internal graphics as even one for the internal and special addition maps and additional graphics. The art work seemed to be first rate but a few too many creative licenses were being taken with his children as Dwem was unsure about do this with his creation.

Moving up along the way with his Agent as where Dwem was able to offer some feedback on this suggested moves and actions. It was not too long when they were able to get their ideas out there and started making a far more creatively solid plan. When Dwem was showed a hand, drawn picture from a fan Dwem was the most pleased by this.

As all the sudden Dwem saw his own hand drawn picture by a normal run of the mill hard core fan. Dwem was finally getting motivated again with these projects. After a bit they lined up the art and Dwem got to chatting with the others and especially the artist while they ate breakfast. Dwem looking at the picture of him almost reached out to touch it a few times. To Dwem it seemed a completely new gust of refreshingly reviving breeze was brought into the picture. Dwem was exited.

Dwem stood up and went over to the picture and considerd it for a while as Mr. Drizia Game designer was allowed in after hearing a slight knock on the door. Dwem realising who its was stood up and moved over to welcome him at once. Dwem considering the guy looked all so very stressed out about something. Taking the opertunity asked his how things were and such as with work.

“ Hello my friends as I have been attempting to get a hold of you for some time now. “

Noticing that he pulled out the letter Dwem had sent to him a few days ago. Dwem seemed a bit concerned by all of the lack of emeotional response as he seemed all to dreary of as anything. The man looked up and gave a considering smile before he spoke.

“ I need a computer and a small office to work in and everything will be alright in a matter of no time at all my friend. I had all my Computer at my work when they locked me out and evicted me for no reason. I know it doesn’t look good at the momment but I assure you I am up to the challenge of this project. “

Dwem showed the man a seat and had a plate brought up and he was served. Dwem seemed to to considerd the man with a bit more concern and went back to his seat. Hearing the full story from the man himself of the issue. Dwem listened to Mr. Drizia his most warshipped Game designer. Hearing the story in its entirety was a very sobering thins for Dwem to consider in such a short time.

Looking at the profile and the rough scetched ideas of Mr. Drizia Dwem taking there ideas very seriousely to say the least. Dwem took a deep breath and was considering some of the pictures as he had been meaning to get a better detailed understanding of what the variousely diverse character looked like more or less there physical and emotional discription to say the least anyways.

Looking at the others as Dwem could see that a few were a bit put off with them discussing anything of a contract with a jump shit turn coat as it was put. Glaring up as one of the Junior more Assistants stood up with his Senior department Vice president who joined the others to come here. Dwem considering there view as violating a verble agreement or contract of some sort gave Dwem a moment of resentment towards them.

Dwem snapped his fingers and called up Nasakie to show his now unwanted guest to the door.

“ Forgive me. I never cared for Huffle in the first place as I felt he was incompitent prick as even on his best of days. So please forgive me if I refuse to have any further dealings with you. I advise you removal from the Raith Publishing House for sure. Neather I nor my father have any dealings or agreements of any sort covering any such things with Mr. Huffle bluff. The prick can go choke on himself as far as I give a care. “

They stood up and rushed out in a fitfull storm of resentfull rage. After they left Dwem picked up the phone and called his father. Dropping a line of along the nature of a few people including there names and job placing the importance of Mr Huffle of Glammerous Graphics before there own employer Raith Publishing House.

As Dwem hung up the phone it seemed very much clear that they were alread fired and things were already being handled on his fathers side of the spectrum at any rate. Looking towards his friends had a few adjustments as he requested his prospective replacements for them and a few more to be brought aboard his full team. Luaghing a slight bit as the Chief Editor Sanzo Heritockie, his own personal Editor slash Agent Ms. Gotahomiesia as well as his new best of bud the Raithen House’s Assistant Chief Editor Mr. Goshiato.

They new better to say anything against Dwem. He dint interfere in the business of the Publishing House often but when Dwem did he put the Johnythn MacFarlane Herikawaz hat on and re enforced his fathers desires and mission statement for the Raith Publishing House to the letter as he was explained of it by his father himself.

Dwem continude the discussion of his vision as per say more so than actuall results as of yet. Thebreakfast carried on until they were complete. Where the table was cleaned off and Dwem stood up showing everyone to the entertienment room to welcome guest. Taking a seat as his familys servants set out and organized the displays from the various parties involved accordingly.

Dwem saw that everything was cleaned up and was ready for there meeting to continue along its current course. Dwem glaring aimlessly into the far distances out the window was considering something as he looked back at Mr. Sanzo Heritockie.

“Hey head Chief Mr. Sanzo Heritockie. You still keep an office for me at Raith Publishing House now don’t you? “

Mr. Sanzo Heritockie looked up with a considerate glance as he considered the prospect of hiding the man inside the main Head Quarters of Raith Publishing House in an Office that has been mostly unused for some time. Taking a deep breath suddenly seemed optimistic about that idea. Smiling as he considered Dwem.

“Good idea my friend as I’ll move your whole team into the adjacent rooms and office spaces. Section it off and make sure our growing asset is safe guarded from any future harm. “

Dwem smiled with a glint of inspired hope in his eyes while looking over at a seriously concerned man Mr. Drizia, as they were a grouping of much better office along the 13^th floor with even a Terrace. Mr. Drizia finally seemed to cheer up and look at everyone, as he seemed to since that we had found a perfect solution to the problem. A group of security Guards from a Company Dwem used quite often instead of the ones used by Raith Publishing House as well as along with a warrant of seizure. Pay a few off duty cops to get over to the office and make sure there was no trouble while he get his stuff and moves out.

Dwem extended his hand as he was already convinced that his father look into the housing situation. He knew the man who owned the building where his friend had the apartment. He figured he could get the whole floor for a song after pulling a few strings here and there.

Dwem moved along towards his father extra office used for just storage and such, looked out at the window of the guest House, and saw that his friends were moving in already. They unofficially lived there but now they did officially along with a few friends. Looking around Dwem smiled back at his new partner.

“Well, what is it my dear Mr. Mr. Drizia. I think we have the issue of this emergency session resolved. So sit back and relax while we finish tapping out the details for your better brighter future. You are going to manage my Comic and gaming industry of my Business. I think my team has more than enough room for you in it my good soon to be far better and closer than you ever imagine good friend friend... “

Picking up the phone made a few inquiring questions into the building where he lived and got a hold of the owner of the building. Dwem was chatting with the man for a bit as he made an exchange with him.

Dwem would introduce the man into the upper tier of the life style and he would lease the whole floor for a reasonable price. After confirming a few more things Dwem was told that, they could get this whole affair resolved the next morning for sure after hanging up with the building owner to his new friend’s apartment. Dwem lucking out getting the Police Assistant Chief as to get a favor for the man. The Police needed a little neutral good press as Dwem had a few friends from his Writing classes who went into the press instead of writing books. He normally tossed his public relations business to them first rather than to just anyone. It kept them busily at work and in demand as they had the connection and trust from Dwem he gave no other news reported and in turn, all of Dwems business and social friends trusted them before any of the others as well in turn.

Dwem was all so hyped up about this prospect but until then he was going to assure the I’s were dotted and every T was crossed nice and fancily. Dwem once again giving a devilish smile while he was looking back towards his friend.

“Well you have your home back and your office will be cleared out tomorrow first thing in the morning. So settle back and you will stay here until you are relaxed. I got a few friends in the Police force coming over to escort you home and make sure no one causes you any pain. Al’right. “

Picking up his drink they made a toast and all sat down and started discussing business again as they were reviewing everything that was still in the rough draft stage. Dwem was on top of the world for more than himself as he was taking all his friends and people who were helpful up along with himself.

His time was a coming sooner than any of his opposing critics were ever going to be able to anticipate. Dwem was going to have the last laugh upon them all after this deal went through as for sure. His book was to be coming out onto the press as soon as they shredded through the final rough draft. Then the final combing through as to make sure that there was no idiotic dumb mistakes made in it. Dwem was fearing the outcome of a fan opening a book and seeing an idiotic typo that an editor should have caught in the proof reading.

Taking a copy of his favorite writers books as which had this occur to them and caused a shit storm in the publishing industry as the wrong words were used making the whole thing sound retarded if you were paying the slightest attention to the actual words used and the true meaning intended with their spelling. Dwem recalled she vanished from the industry for some time before returning with are written copy of the book and another one under a pen name for a new book line in case the other dint get a fair shop with the expected bad press to floor it upon release. Only time will tell if her fans will forgive her. As Elizabeth staring as now also, Alsizia O'Donald confronted her own demons as she fought herself to forgive Raith Publishing House.

Especially as the Editor was willing to work for free to get her back into their good graces. Dwem had met her when he was young as next week he would go to her book release. Though he was told his father still was unaware, Dwem was writing under a pen name. Dwem was for sure to block much of the expected bad press with his mere appearance of which showing his support for his favorite writer still alive. Dwem had hi hope for her return.
