Danger! Calibrations, the Devil May Cry

I giggle into my latte as I walk. That was a good afternoon in my personal opinion. Now to head back home. Maybe I'll do the laundry and clean up a bit. Hmm.. Sounds like a good way to finish the afternoon before Jyn gets home. What should I try and make for dinner? I'm not a great cook. Maybe I should just order out. Yeah. That might be the best thing to do. No need to give my babe food poisoning.

I blink. I turn, seeing a recuit, the poor boy out of breath. He give me a letter telling me its from Ojii-san. I tilt my head to the side, curious. I take it with my free hand and dispose of my coffee cup, my latte finished. "Thanks." Is all I say to the guy and I open it. My eyes scan its contents, slowly widening. Wait... Nani yo? Was Jii-san serious? I frown, thinking for a moment. It.. Wasn't dangerous. So Jyn has no worries for this.. Right? I feel a tendril of excitement. A chance to have some fun. I adjust my purse and turn to the elevator to head down to the main lobby, putting the letter in my purse.

The elevator is uneventful, a couple of people getting on and off with only a glance towards me. I glad when it finally hits the main lobby. I find myself humming as I walk out of the building and onto the sidewalk. Well.. Tomorrow will be a fun day. Now to think of dinner. Hmm... Maybe some sushi tonight.

Ah. Last night had gone well and this morning just as good. I bob my head to the music in my head phones as I walk up the stairs from the subway. Jyn had gone to work before I left. A shower, a pair of my best fighting jeans and a tank top. Jigoku and Reirei was in the kendo bag on my back. The urge to light up a muriel cigar is riding me hard. I quit them years ago, but lately I've missed the sweet cigar taste in my mouth. Kami.. I'm gonna end up as a chain smoker if I get one later. But then I never did have an addiction like smoker's do to cigarettes. Also cigars are a bit more sophisticated. In my opinion anyway. Much as I hate to say it.. The old bat got me smoking them.

I sigh and walk across the street, hands in my pockets as I enter Div12 once again. I must look like a complete one eighty from yesterday. I even tied my hair back into a pony tail. I walk up to the desk and smile at the guy who is there.. Once again.

"Ne.. My grandfather is expecting me. Could you get me an escort to lead me to experiment room ERM32. I'm suppose to be there at noon," I say to him.

The guy behind the desk looks up to realize who it was. He pauses for a moment before he is able to match her face with the same young woman who had came in looking much different the day before. He almost falls out of his chair, wanting to help her before getting chewed out by someone somewhere. “Yeah,” he says, “sure thing, let me find you an escort.” Searching around his desk, his finger finds the button to call one of the security groups. He leans into the com and speaks, “hey, can I get Craig to the lobby.” Looking up, he grins and assures her, “I’ll have my man right out. So… the experimental room…” It clicks to him how she is dressed and he looks surprised, “wait, you’re not doing some type of training or something are you?” The kendo bag was an obvious sign. He looks at it then back to Shiori; this chick seemed a lot different and then girls he was used to.

Poor guy. I kind of feel bad. Course I can shock alot of people when they see the two sides of me. One is the Prada girl the other the Fighter. I smile as he fumbles around. He's sweet, but so not my type. My type happens to be in his office probably doing paperwork. Well.. He damn well better be doing paperwork. Whoa. Damn girl. No jealous girlfriend today. Today is training. I blink as he speaks and its directed to me.

I smile again. "Thanks, hun," I say and then find myself laughing softly as he seems to put two and two together. I nod. "Training. Helping my grandfather with something really.." Is all I say to him. I wink. "I happen to be the Kendo Captain for SaiU. So no worries. I'm a big girl who can handle herself," I chirp. I lift a hand and tuck an escaped strand of hair behind my ear as I wait for my escort.

“Wow… that’s pretty impressive,” he comments about her being the captain of the Kendo team. He leans back in his chair and looks at her. “Man, I bet you can work a stick,” he says before he realizes how wrong his words are, “I mean, I take that back… not that you can’t… but… oh, there’s Craig (thank god).” He stands up and places his hands into his pockets looking to Craig and speaking to the large security member, “this is Capt. McGrady’s granddaughter. She needs you to take her up to ERM342.” Craig looks between the male and Shiori and nods, “will do.” Looking to Shiori, he offers, “how are you. Right this way.” Right before they leave, the male behind the counter notices something with Shiori’s name on it and quickly reaches down for it calling, “hey!” He hands a security badge to Shiori with the same picture on it as most of her I.D.s that would have been retrieved from public records. “You’re going to need that to get around this place,” he explains before giving a nervous wave goodbye. From there Craig would lead the way and escort the huntress through the lobby to the main service elevator and from there through the hallways of the third floor until reaching the restricted access areas where civilians weren’t allowed beyond. He uses his badge to get through the doorway to enter the halls of the laboratory. After walking for some time, he comes to a door labeled ERM342 and turns to Shiori. “This should do you,” he explains.

I have to hold in a laugh as he embarrasses himself by saying something in an odd manner. The guy is a bit awkward, but not a bad guy in the end of things. I look up as he says my escort is here. I look at the slightly gruff looking guard and smile brightly, my heart fluttering with excitement. A chance to train without the dangers of a demon filleting me and eating me for its supper. Though Jigoku is upset. he'd rather bathe in the blood of a demon for training. Greedy ass sword.

"Nice to meet you. I'm doing well," I reply and move to follow him, giving the front desk guy a wave. But we don't get far. I turn as he rushes up and then I find myself looking at an ID. Yare yare.. I feel like I'm back at Kyro Corp. I can't even get into my own office without my ID card. "Arigato," I thank him and then continue on my way with Craig. I put the badge in the pocket of my jeans so it doesn't get lost. I find myself humming softly, needing to break up the silence that is lingering. Looks like Craig is not much of a talker. I sigh. I guess I should be grateful. Craig could have turned out to be a cocky asshole who would try to impress me the entire time instead. Yup.. The silence is better than that.

I was so lost in my own thoughts that I didn't even notice we were there until Craig stops and points to the door. I blink and then grin widely. "Arigato, Craig," I say happily and move to the door. I give him one last look. "Nice to meet you also. If we meet again.. My name is Shiori," I tell him and then I open the door and step within, shutting it behind me.

Craig smiles at the gesture and nods, “well, you know my name, missy. See you around.” He watches as she goes through the door before turning and heading back to security detail. As the door opens, McGrady would turn around to greet Shiori. Angela pauses in her speaking and with a large smile McGrady welcomes, “Shi-chan. Glad you could make it.” He turns to Angela and introduces, “Angela, this is Jyn-kun’s little lady. From what I understand, she’s one tough cookie. She’ll be helping us calibrate your thing of a jigger today.” Angela adjusts her glasses and looks to Shiori, offering a handshake and a polite greeting. Her eye twitches slightly at the mention that she was with Jyn. Angela comments, “Ms. Kyro, nice to meet you. I’m the lead researcher supporting much of the division that Jyn and Captain McGrady are in. It’s a pleasure to make your acquaintance. I assume you’re familiar with realm technology?”

I enter and smile as Jii-san sees me and then introduces me. Little? I wouldn't exactly call me little. I'm not that much shorter than Jyn. In heels I'm nearly his height. I step forward and shake hands with the woman named Angela. Why do I get the feeling I might be getting my ass handed to me if she's behind the controls? I shrug off the feeling and smile brightly, withdrawing my hand from the handshake.

"To a point. I know quite a bit of the fudementals involved, but beyond that I haven't exactly devoted any time to learning more about it," I pause. I know the R&D of Kyro Corp was working on something for some of its richer clients. I bet it was a sex realm or some shit for those greedy pigs. I nearly shudder. I look at Jii-san.

"Also.. Thanks for the invite to this. Its a good way to tran and not worry Jyn.. Well too much," I say with a smile.

Angela nods accepting her answer and folder her arms at her chest as McGrady is addressed. He smiles and rubs the back of his neck assuring, “well, you’re helping us out more than you know.” Turning to Angela, he inquires, “so, how do we get this thing cranked up.” Angela adjusts her glasses and comments, “well, all she needs to do is to step into the room and my interns and I will do all of the cranking that needs to be done.” She turns to Shiori, “you’re free to take any weapons you like into the area, but we are also able to replicate and generate weapons on you once you are plugged in. Whenever you are ready, you can step inside.” She makes motion to a large wide sliding door along the wall that separated the control and observation room from the actual room that would hold the realm environment. McGrady clarifies with Shiori, “are you ready for this? I hear it can be pretty realistic.” With that, he would accept her entering the room on her own if she so felt obliged to.

I smile still and shrug. "A chance to fight without the danger of having my throat really ripped out.. I'm happy to help," I say and look to Angela. I nod and shift my kendo bag off my back. I open it and pull out Jigoku and strap him to my hip then I pull out Reirei and do the same. Both blades are yin to the other's yang. One demonic, the other a blade of light. They hum as they sense my excitement.

I look at Jii-san as he speaks and I smile at him, winking. "Even better. If it was fake.. I wouldn't get a good workout, ne?" I say to him and I move to the door Angela gestured to. A calm washes over me, just like it does before a kendo match. I give Jii-san one last smile and I enter the room.

White surrounds me, the door sliding shut. I stretch my arms over my head and then crack my neck. "Time to play.." I murmur to myself.

Angela nods to the gesture made to her and gives the order for the interns to begin final preparations to power up. The door slides open for Shiori and slides shut behind her. The room is checked and secured. A light hum picks up in the area as something seems to be generating. Angela’s voice comes over the COM lines ominously in the room, speaking, “begin countdown to initialization.” The scene starts to change around Shiori as ever changing holographic digital lines of numbers start to rise from the ground over the ground. Suddenly, the scene solidifies into an urban scene as the lights dim and night sets over the faux environment. A large moon hovers in the air over the city. Buildings and skyscrapers border her on all sides with a wide enough open area for a battle and plenty alleyways with all the basic ingredients of a mixture between the Metro and East City. Vibrant signs glow bright neon colors with street lamps littered throughout the environment. There is no sign of humans about, but there is a low moan that seems to come from all directions. Coming out of the alleyways, seemingly undead bodies creep out. Zombies would be the level one of the scenario as they start to enter into the arena in various shapes, sizes and sexes, some carrying various weapons or items such as lead pipes or planks and others with their bare hands. In unison, they take note of Shiori and the fight is on as she is rushed from all sides with numbers starting off in the dozens.

I close my eyes for a moment, allowing myself to relax as I hear Angela's voice overhead. My eyes then slid open as I fall into the mindset of a fighter. Mercy is not known. I only know my blades and myself. The room's interior shifts and I watch as the scene builds itself and then it solidifies. Not bad. I look around the area, taking in the alleyways and how the street turns at the end.

A noise pulls me from my observations and I turn my eyes around me and a curse falls my lips. I had been surrounded right from the get go. I pull out Reirei first, Jigoku not needed in this low level fight. I count a dozen of them in the first wave as they come at me from all sides. Well ain't this beautiful. I've always hated zombies. Don't know what it is. But they creep me the fuck out sometimes. The first one to reach me swings at me with a lead pipe. I shift the left left, the pipe striking the ground, the zombie hunched over from the force it placed behind the blow. I do not wait as I leap up onto the undead creature and use its body as a spring board out of the rushing mass. I twist my body and I land just outside the circle, wincing as the zombies all slam into one another. I turn and slash Reirei through the air, using my own power to extend the blade, taking the heads over the four closest zombies to my blade [Sonic Slash]. Bodies crumble to the ground and I ready myself.

The zombies give eerie sounds and cries as they are dismantled; well at least the one that got to keep its head. More zombies start to come onto the scenes as the first ones are taken out. Over the course of the battle, it would seem like every zombie she took out would be replaced with two in its place. From the alleys and manholes in the ground, they would have their spawning points. As she fights a light mist starts to pick up in the darkness. In the control room, McGrady and Angela are able to view the battle. They also watch a screen that shows Shiori’s vitals and heart rate.

Bodies fall before me. I know this is far from over. More are coming and I want to curse Angela out. Not just her, but Jii-san. I bet he's the one who said not to take it too easy on me. I didn't even get a warm up round. Fuck. I dodge another strike. Jigoku comes unshealthed and I find myself practically dancing between these son of a bitches as I slash here, there. It seems almost never ending.

Sweat slides down the sides of my face. I don't even know how long I've been hacking at these things. "Che.." I spit to my side, blood having been pooling in my mouth thanks to a punch I took. Again with the swarm of undead! I find myself running, shouchou activated and painting my flesh with intricate black line. I run and the jump up onto a fire escape. They were all rushing at me from ground level. I find this moment to catch a bit of breath and to see how the layout is. Jigoku hums in annoyance.

'You know if you would learn some of the demonic magic.. You'd have an easier time..'

He comments and I roll my eyes, rushing up the last of the fire escape and standing on the roof of the building. "Shut it, Jigoku. I know. I'll listen to your lecture after I finish this training," I mutter to the blade.

The zombies seem to level out at about 20 being alive on the field at all times so after a while they wouldn’t seem as endless as before, but just as relentless. Zombies fall to the sides as they are hacked, limps flying here and there. After losing limbs, they drag themselves along the ground to try to keep going at her. Their misses on her form would give close calls as they seem only able to cut the strands on her fabric, unable to really harm the agile huntress. As she takes off to the fire escape, they all follow in Thiller manner moving to follow her movements. Stuck at ground level, they would be unable to reach her at first before some came with the idea of stacking on top of one another to try to build a pyramid of bodies to reach her. The fire escape begins to rattle as a few of them are able to reach it and move up it. In the skies visible from the room, a dark shadow looms with glints of strings shifting in his hands as if puppet strings. For the moment he seemed more like a background ornament than an actual physical thing that could be touched.

I scratch the side of my nose with my finger and take in the damage. A couple of scraps, but nothing that can hinder. My clothes are a mess though. Thank kami I wore my fighting clothing. Basically its clothing I could give two shits about. I look down at the twenty or so zombies on ground level. Looks like they had leveled out. I hope Angela doesn't have like.. A pms moment and look to try and kill me out of the blue. Not that I could die.. But it doesn't mean she couldn't kick my ass around in this baby.

My dark orbs flick around for a moment more to insure these were the wave.. For the moment at least. I nod to myself then move my head side to side, cracking my neck. This isn't over and plus.. I smirk a bit. This is kind of fun now that I got to catch my breath for a moment. I can feel power ripple beneath my flesh from my shouchou. I look down to see them beginning to pile and just grabbing the fire escape. I take a calming breath and hold my blade aloft at my sides. Time for a breather is over. I move to the ledge of the roof and then jump down, foot planting in the face of one of the zombies trying to climb up. I hear a crunch and I use the zombie as a step to cushion the height of my jump. I then push off and finish the way to the ground. I whip around and let both blades slashes through the air with a speed learned by years of handle a blade. [Jigoku Slashes]

As Shiori kicks off of one of the zombie’s faces coming up the fire escape, it falls back and causes a domino effect with the other zombies. They fall backwards into a large pile. When the bladed slashes come, they are very effective against multiple enemies as they are unable to counter effectively. Parts and limps are detached from the whole as several zombies are dispatched by the skillful swordplay. With this display of skill, the level is cleared and the calibration data is calculated behind the scenes. Everything ranging from Shiori’s movements with the terrain and her strength against the zombies is taken into account to further calibrate the realm. The “boss” of the level comes into the scene at this point as clapping echoes through the night emanating from the one who would look as if he were the puppet master of the zombies. Much unlike the zombies, he was in full, normal and intact human form. Long silver hair ran down either side of a large hood that was worn over his head with the bottom features of his face visible. A cloak covered his slender form and he simply hovered in place in the center of the street across from the alleyway holding the fire escape. Holding his hand out to the side, a blade manifests in it. His other hand comes up and he gives a “come on” motion with a slight grin, commenting, “kakkate koi.”

My blades bite and tear, rending limbs from their bodies. I can hear Takuto making an idiot comment like. "Shiori! She slives she dices! And even makes french fries!" I shove the inner monologue joke away as I pant, standing there among the remains. I had to put a bit of strength into that to gain that sort of speed. I then hear clapping and I turn. The fuck? Kami I feel like I'm trapped in a video game. Guess this is the final boss at the moment. I find myself smirking. I always did love my video games.

I move from the pile of body parts, approaching the hooded enemy. I keep my body relaxed as I stand across the the being, blades held in a certain way. Jigoku is held in the offensive, Reirei in defensive. I give the enemy a cheeky grin, seeing the sword. This should be fun. "Come on, pretty boy. Surely you aren't afraid of a woman," I taunt, itching for a good sword fight. I feel as if my skin is crawling, begging for me to find a challenge.

A grin is barely visible comes across the lower portion of the male’s face as the taunt come in to provoke his attack. “Very well,” he agrees before he swings his sword up then takes it into both hands and lowers it on his left hip. The moonlight serves as the main source of light in this setting during the stare down he gives before his first movements are made. Silently, his feet slide as he rushes towards Shiori’s position shifting over the terrain to make it to her with a good amount of speed behind him. His opening attack would be a short combination of downward slash aimed at about the shoulder and chest area following by a powered pivoting crescent slash at chest level. His keen eyes would be watching her body for any possible telegraphs and chances to read her movements.

I watch a grin form within the shadow surround its features. An agreement to fight and I can hear my blood singinig hotly in my veins as the thrum of a battle awakens the beast within me. With Jigoku I have found myself drawn more and more into searching my soul. A beast lies in wait. Glowing azure orbs and a feline body. But I cannot see it fully yet, but I know I will someday as my power blossom and come into full fruitition. The battle spirit within raises its head and my muscles bunch, coiling in the anticipation of the attack of my enemy. I've been compare to a lioness or a wolf when I fight. Fast. Efficient. Precise. Never wasting a move. I suppose in a way. I am a predator when I fight.

THe being finally moves, crossing the distance with a descent speed. The first strike to come is a downward slash. Reirei is shifted from the defensive position at the level of my hip. I slash upward, yet I angle my blade to come along side the creature's and I push it away, blade missing me. He recovers from the off balance, not pausing in his movements as he pivots and slashes at me in a cresent motion. Reirei is brought back down, meeting the blade as it comes and Jigoku joins along side Reirei. I use both blades to give a push, allowing a moment of space before i twist my wrists, sweeping my blades just under my enemy's blade and I slam up and under the being's blade, likely to throw him of kilter or make him lose his blade entirely due to the awkwardness of his stance from the crescent strike. I would then follow through by snapping my hand out to my left, where my enemy is to my body, with Jigoku at his chest with a powered slash [sonic slash] the blade extended with my power. I would then step in with my right foot, centering myself to bring Reirei up inn a slash the would cut along his belly to his chin.

At the moment the parry occurred, the demon swordsman would attempt to focus his guard, but the strike that comes with it is definitely meant as a kill strike. The blade meets with his torso and his defenses are unable to keep it from breaking through and gutting him horizontally. There is a pause for a moment as the swordsman’s body twitches and an express of horror is on his face. A black seam forms from his stomach to his neck and black blood spews out in large amounts covering raining onto the streets beneath him before he drops to his knees and unless behead, onto his face. At that point, things would change within the environment as the resolution would fade on the surrounding structures and they would break down into neon digital numbers before trailing into the ground and retreating into a central point and vanishing. The room returns to the blank white room that she had initially entered into. The doorway to the observation room slides open and McGrady stands in the doorway with a large smile on his face, clapping for Shiori. “My my…” he says, “I would have never measured your skill to be that great.”

When I fight.. I fight to win. I don't do and play mecy for my enemies. I've learned long ago not to do that. I actually have a faint scar on my hip because I hesitated. Jigoku is parried, but with the follow of Reirei my enemy is best. I watch as my blade gut him like some foul swine. Blood explodes and I find a certain victory in that. The sound of its knees and its blade echo and Jigoku is brought around and down, taking off its head. A clean kill. No questions on whether my enemy is dead or not. Blood sprays from its neck, black and vile. Then with a thud the body hits and I step back, taking a calming breath as I look around, making sure I am not aout to be attacked again.

The room shifts and I know the training is over. I sheath my blades, then lift my hand to wipe sweat from my brow. The white room finally returns and I turn to the door as it opens, smiling from the sweet adreniline rush I have been allowed to have. Jii-san stands there with a smile and is clapping. I find myself actually blushing. Jii-san is honestly the grandfather I have always wished for. I feel pride well up and my grin grows. I walk over and I scratch the back of my head as he speaks, blush returning.

"Yare yare, Jii-san. No need to make me blush. This was alot of fun. Great training also. Arigato."

Angela continues to look at the monitor, reading the information gathered from the fight. The interns would seem impressed in a slight stupor, but a swift snap gets them back to colligating the information into something that would be useful for future fighters. She comments to herself, “it worked well with no glitches. That’s to be expected from something developed by me.” Back at the doorway, McGrady’s gaze is to the side after noticing something. With a modest nod, he smiles as he scratches his cheek and states, “I’m glad you were able to have fun, though I am sorry about your clothing.” Looking back into the room, he requests, “Angela, can we get something for Shi-chan here?” There is some mumbling on the inside about being a research facility and not a clothing store. Turning his voice back to Shiori, he assures her, “I’ll let you go shopping on my card, so don’t worry about it. I insist you spend my money since I called you out here for this exercise. I didn’t know it would be that realistic!”

I hear Angela and I nearly giggle. I liked her in all honestly. She was a woman who took pride in her work and put her heel down to make sure people knew who was boss. My kind of woman. I look at Jii-san though and i notice something and then he mentions my clothes. I blink several times and finally look down. I shrug. My tanktop is in shreds, revealing my sports bra. Also my jeans are ripped in several places and they are a bit bloody. I look at Jii-san and my eyes widen.

"Jii-san. They're just clothes. I'm fine. I have more at home. Jyn took me shopping.. I'll be fine," I try to assure him, though he seems dead set on making me go shopping. I'm not that big of a material girl, even if I do like to dress high end. But I've achieved my style from the clearance racks when times are tough. I rub my cheek and scrunch my nose. "I could go for a shower though. I can't go out smelling like this," I comment, a bit disgusted with how sweaty I am. "Also if you guys just have some spare recuit clothes or something that's fine."

McGrady nods at the idea of a shower. “That’s right,” he admits, “if you’re going to be around here, you’d going to need a tour of the facilities. The ladies shower room is in the lower training areas. Hmm… now who can I have show you to it… this place is so tricky at times.” He goes off into his own thinking, allowing Shiori time to approach from the room to the control room. He continues in his pondering stating, “they probably have some spare clothes down there as well.” He grins, “I should get Jyn-kun to show you… but he would probably get hissy that you were doing trainings. And he claims to be doing work. I wouldn’t be surprised if he was…” McGrady stops before the words leave his mouth as he remembers who is around him. “…playing chess online or something like that.” He laughs nervously. “Ah!” he stays tapping his fist into his open upwards facing palm, “I can have Angela show you where it is.” A “no” comes in almost as if that was anticipated. McGrady gives a bashful smile as he turns towards the inside of the control room and comments, “Angi-chan, you’re being mean again.” She corrects, “Angela,” as she adjusts her glasses and continues tapping on the instrument board infront of her. One of the interns is quick to raise his hand and yells in a squeaky voice, “I’ll show her!” McGrady frowns and asks, “son, is there something wrong with you nose?” The male blinks and then looks down, discovering a noise bleed that he wipes with the back of his lapcoat. McGrady sighs and shakes his head murmuring, “he might have to change pants too…”

I smile as Jii-san seem to go off on a tangent about how to get me a tour of the the entire faucility.I nod as he mentions Jyn having a hissy fit. I look down at myself. Hmm.. He probably would have one. he likes to worry about me and I find it sweet and endearing. I blink as he finds himself pausing as he speaks about Jyn. I think about his secretary and I snuff out the jealousy welling up quickly. I would murder her if she went for my man. And in my mind. Jyn is mine until we completely severe all ties with one another.

I giggle as Angela refuses and then find myself looking at the male volunteer. I sweatdrop. Yare yare.. he looks like the fanboys I use to have that would watch me coach the kendo team. I guess my battling was another porno for some man. I sigh and look at Jii-san. I smile. "Jii-san. You can have Craig show me. He seemed like a nice guy without a perverse intention toward me," I chirp in.

“Ah, Craig-kun?” McGrady comments, “okay, I’ll page him. Until he gets here, how about we enjoy some tea while we wait for him?” With that, McGrady would make his way fully into the laboratory. He would snap at the intern to get to work on bringing up the tea that Angela kept on brew while in the lab. Angela didn’t seem to mind sharing the tea as she was in her own little world with the data that had come in. On one of the monitors near the rear of the room, there would be an image of Jyn on the screen with various informatics in place as if a virtual avatar was in the process of being created. The intern male makes his way to prepare two cups with a “sir!” and McGrady lifts his phone to his ear to summon Craig from security. After the summons is made, the phone is placed back into his pocket. The intern would eventually come back with two cups of steaming tea to offer to McGrady and Shiori to enjoy in the couple of minutes it would take Craig to get to this area of the building.

I walk further into the lab, my body humming with pleasure from the awesome workout. I would so be coming back if Angela let me. I hear Jii-san order tea for us, making me smile. Jii-san really is family in my heart. I know him and Jyn squabble. But I really like Jii-san being in my life. He give me the family I have longed for, as does Jyn with Ghost-chibi. Family.. Its really important to me and I hope to someday have one of my own.

As I walk, something catches my eye and I stop, turning to the monitors. I peek around, no one watching me. I move over to the monitors and smile as I see Jyn. My eyes scan over the information that has been gathered. So he has done this also? I can only assume he has. Looks like they are inputing him into the system. I wonder what for? Perhaps to have an npc of Jyn to order a group of new recuits through this? I shrug and pull away, turning to where i see the other. I give Jyn's image one last look before I walk over to Jii-san, smiling.

"Tea and then I'm ready for a shower," I chirp, seating myself right in one of the empty employee chairs, not caring if I get it dirty. I accept my tea with a grin and sip, relaxing more. I peek over at Angela. "Ano... Angela-san.. If you ever need more weapons tested out in there. I don't mind helping. it was alot of fun. You've done really well with it."

Angela turns and looks back from the corner of her eye as she is addressed by Shiori. She presses her glasses onto her face and then turns back to her screen and comments, “thank you for your cooperation.” With that, she gets back to her work and McGrady enjoys tea sitting next to her. After a while, Craig comes and enters the room in his normal quiet manner allowing McGrady to address him. With him there, Shiori would have her escort to the ladies locker room where she could get that shower scene completed along with the quest for replacement clothing for the afternoon.

I smile at her simple reply to my offer. She doesn't seem to be the social type, but I don't mind all too much. She let me experience something amazing today and I'm very grateful to her. I sip my tea quietly with Jii-san, enjoying his quiant company that he always provides. I look up at Craig appears. i smile at him. "So we meet again," I chirp, in an extremely good mood now. I must look like hell compared to how he saw me when leading me here. I finish my tea and set the empty cup on one of the counters. I look at Jii-san and give him a wave. "I'll come and give you a hug before i leave, Jii-san," I tell him and quickly go over to Craig, needing a shower desparately.
